چکیده
Metal nanoparticles have many positive effects in improving crop production and productivity allow for increased germination rapid establishment under field conditions. The metallic applied this study were copper oxide (CuONPs) biosynthesized using orange peel (Citrus X sinensis) as a reducing agent to avoid or reduce toxicity wheat seeds sprouts. This determined the effect of CuONPs on germination, radicle plumule length, well phytochemical compounds treated with suspensions at following concentrations: 0, 0.5, 1, 2, 4 6 mg mL-1. results indicate that use low doses (0.5 mL-1), improved vigor, addition increasing biosynthesis shoots. A high concentration (6 mL-1) causes inhibitory due Cu accumulation phytotoxicity plant tissue. green synthesis is viable alternative obtain beneficial seedling development, greater secondary metabolite production.

BACKGROUND The lentil plant, Lens culinaris L., is a member of the Leguminoceae family and constitutes one of the most important traditional dietary components. The purpose of the current study was to investigate the effects of sprouting for 3, 4, 5 and 6 days on proximate, bioactive compounds and antioxidative characteristics of lentil (Lens culinaris) sprouts. MATERIAL AND METHODS Lentil se...
متن کاملBiological Synthesis of Copper/copper Oxide Nanoparticles
Metal nanoparticles have gained significant interest in the past decade because of their unique physio-chemical properties which has a potential to be used in a wide range of applications. Recent efforts have gained success in synthesising nanoparticles with excellent shape and size control; however they are largely restricted to chemical methods. There is an increasing focus on eco-friendly ‘g...
متن کاملSynthesis and Characterisation of Copper Oxide nanoparticles
Cupric oxide (CuO) nanoparticles were prepared by the chemical route by calcinations at a higher temperature from 300 o C to 400 o C. For the comparison transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and x-ray diffraction (XRD) measurements were made through JCPDS. There is good agreement between data produced by spectroscopy and the microscopic measurements.
متن کاملEffect of waterborne copper oxide nanoparticles and copper ions on guppy (Poecilia reticulata): Bioaccumulation and histopathology
The aim of the present study was to investigate the effect of copper oxide nanoparticles (CuO-NPs) and copper ions (Cu++) on guppy (Poecilia reticulata), in order to assess Cu uptake in the gill, and histopathology of gill and intestinal organs in semi-static regimes for 10 days. Guppy fish were assigned into three groups; one control group, and two experimental groups receiving 20 µg/l of eith...
متن کاملThe Combined Effect of Copper Oxide and Magnesium Oxide Nanoparticles Against Water and Food Borne Bacteria
Background: The incidence of foodborne infectious diseases has been stable and even increased in many countries. Improper use of antibiotics due to the prevalence of microbial diseases has caused drug resistance. So nanotechnology has many attractive applications in the food industry, such as food preservation and food quality control. By the reason, the absorptive and antibacterial features of...
